First Tenant Moves In

The renovation of three units at our latest project in Alamitos Beach have been completed and tenants have moved in.

The entire unit has been renovated with plumbing and electrical upgrades throughout.

The original hardwood floors were also refinished.

First Unit Near Completion

We are nearing completion of the renovation on the first unit at our project on Cherry Ave.

The walls have been treated with a smooth finish and painted and are looking great.

We'll be refinishing the hardwood floors and have this unit ready for move-in next week.

Patching begins at Cherry Renovation

Electrical work has been completed in several of the units and patching has begun. All holes will be patched and walls and ceilings will be treated with a smooth finish for a high-end timeless look.
