The renovation of three units at our latest project in Alamitos Beach have been completed and tenants have moved in.
The entire unit has been renovated with plumbing and electrical upgrades throughout.
The original hardwood floors were also refinished.
The kitchen was renovated. Upgrades include a new quartz counter top, garbage disposal, stainless steel sink and faucet.
bedroom upgrades include refinished floors, recessed lighting and ceiling fan and the walls have been smoothed and painted.
In the bathroom, the toilet and sink have been replaced and the walls have been painted.
