I hope everyone had a great holiday season with friends and family. The fourth quarter and 2017 are now behind us and there are a number of accomplishments we are extremely proud to share. During the 4th quarter we acquired two additional properties, taking our total to four new acquisitions during the last twelve months. Also, we continued to increase our investor footprint during the 4th quarter, adding the state of **Colorado** and taking our total number of states represented to ten. This is up from six states at the end of 2016.
